You’ll notice in the beginning I’m standing with the intent of walking away. Then I’m standing still all together, and then as you scroll some more I’m sitting. Sometimes its easier for us to “sit” in a situation that we are trying to get out of, than it is to gather the strength to walk away.

You must find the strength and the courage to walk away from situations that no longer serve you. That which does not SERVE you, is not FOR you. Locate, that strength and allow it to pull you out of your “sitting” position. It is one of the most powerful feelings in the world once you’ve found that strength and allow it to work through you. The key words here, are to “allow it to work through you”, this is the most important part. Finding it is most of the battle, however, taking it into action is the final and most gratifying part.

Once you’ve actually found that strength and used that strength, you can walk away with an overwhelming feeling of relief. That feeling of something being lifted off of your heart, your soul and your spirit. You must free yourself, don’t keep your soul in bondage. It is one of the most powerful feelings you could ever feel. That strength is greater than the feeling of hurt you think you’ll feel before you walk away. It’s greater than the feeling that you’ll never overcome it. Because once you’ve walked away or you found that strength to walk away that indeed is FAR greater than being hurt.
