In the words of Tove LO, “now if we’re talking bodyyyyyy!”. I’m giving you body in this new year. No excuses. I’m going to start doing fitness videos on my channel, to help us all to achieve the body goals we so desire. I can’t wait for the summer but first, preparations my peeps. We must PREPARE for it, before it sneaks up on us all.
I wanted to wait to release my first video when I got to film one in a gym or somewhere proper. But I told myself this year, that there are no excuses. This perfectionist mentality MUST depart from my mind and my soul. I must survive and move forward with whatever I have, whenever I have it and NOW, I have a fitness video that I did in my bedroom.
I believe that eventually it will definitely grow into exactly what my visions are for it. Something great. In a great setting, background, atmosphere, etc. I WILL eventually get there. But for now, I have to just do it. Like seriously, JUST DO IT.
