Denim Halter Top: Zara SS15 (similar here for $16!) Jeans: Zara SS14 (similar here) Heels: Schutz Sunglasses: Ray Ban
Hey boos heyyyyy. So, didn’t I tell you I LIVED in my Schutz Kijas all summer long? Yeah I was not playing, lol. I’m always in these when I’m going out. I keep bragging about the comfort but no seriously these are probably the most comfortable pair of heels I think I’ve ever worn. I’m also madly in love with ripped jeans too. I overdosed recently at Bershka and have a haul video coming up to prove it >_<. Too bad they don’t sell to the US online 🙁 but for now, every trip overseas will include a trip to Bershka.
Then my hair, so this was wash day and I really didn’t know what to do with it. Messing around I thought I’d try the half up half down look but not sure if I nailed it the way I really wanted to but it came out kinda cute none the less. I’m def going to try to brush up on it and revisit the hairstyle again soon. Have you tried it? Any tips?
So I finally finished my room. Its def not 1000% finished but the last time I waited until it was perfection I moved and never filmed that room/apartment at all, lol. So I’m throwing that perfectionist mentality out the window and just going for it. Most of the stuff I have, I’ll try to link if they’re still available.
Oh and before you even look and be like ooooh girl, lol. I’m def going to organize my closet at some point. I actually tried once a few months back and got frustrated a quarter of the way through and was like….. no. So I’ll pick up the pieces and get back to it eventually. Until then, enjoy the tour! xx
Faux Fur Coat from Asos old, but a somewhat similar one here. Sweathshirt, I premiered in my Zara haul video from Zara, but off the shoulder one here for only $36!. Jeans from Zara circa 3 years ago, lol but similar here. Shoes: Schutz
So I think Asos must be on to us, lol. I always buy my coats from them in the off season because how much of a steep discount they are. This one I bought… 2 seasons ago on sale for $64!!!! Biggest steal ever. So I just went to go look which similar ones they had now and I noticed that their sale prices arent as low as the previous seasons when you’d look in the off season. Never the less they do make an awesome coat that doesn’t look cheap or “ratty”. So I’m willing to pay anyway with any discount.
And yes, its still chilly out so I’m enjoying this wear your coat comfortably and with sandals deal. In the winter youre so laayerd up you cant even wear your coat unbuttoned. So I’m soaking this up big time 🙂
Coat: ASOS and its now on sale! Boots: H&M, sold out online and in stores but similar ones for under $70 here. Jeans from Zara, old but similar pair only $44 here. Cashmere Sweater, thrifted but similar one that’s also 100% cashmere here. Purse: F21, old but similar for only $36 and only 1 left in stock, here! scoooooop! lol
So as you can see in the weather reports its only getting colder in NY. Yeah and it feels like death almost. I’m sooooo over the cold already! Its funny that when you actually sit down and think about it, we get a good 7 months of cold here in NY. It warms up or begins to get warm in May, then gets cold again in October (I always remember because it usually snows on Halloween). So that’s only 4 months of warmth. And on top of that I’m Anemic, so the temperature usually feels 10 times colder than what it usually is. In the words of John Witherspoon, “Hep meh, hep me pleeeeeease!” lol.
In any event my beautiful, amazing, and wonderful friend Jenny shot these photos with me on the warmest day we had. We were swift, and to the point, praise God. God knows she puts up with so much of my mess when she comes over and I take 2000 years to get ready, or when it takes us 3-4 hours to shoot 5 looks and I only end up using 3 *covers eyes*. She’s so patient and awesome. I just want to thank her, if she doesn’t already know how much I love and appreciate her. Thanks Jenny!!!! xx
This was the day I broke my phone :-(. I remember replaying everything in my head, over and over and over again. Like what? my iphone really bent in my pocket? under my tiny little butt? this didn’t make any sense at all. I went to the apple store and they were like $300. Super duper sad face. Then I went to one of the glass fixing places in the mall and they wanted to fix it but I had already ordered a new one for a little bit more than what they were willing to charge (make sure you have insurance). The worst part of it all is that because the screen kept fading more and more with the crack, I wasn’t able to sync it to iTunes to back it up. So yes, this means that I had to lose 32 gigs worth of stuff out of the 64 gigs the phone had :-((((((. I think that’s what really killed it all for me. I mean, I know that things happen in life and you just have to go with the solution and not worry about things that are out of your control, but NOTHING could be salvaged? :-(. This is my warning to you, make sure you BACK UP your iphones, ipads, computers, at LEAST once a month. Stop being lazy, JUST DO IT. I became accustomed to backing up my computer when my macbook almost crashed. Backing up is as easy as buying a hard drive at best buy for $50. Fortunately, I was able to salvage the stuff on it, with the help of a tech friend of course. But to avoid any of these annoyances or problems, just back it on up honeys. Back….that…..thing….up!
